Thursday was the inaugural game for REAL Salt Lake in the new RIO Tinto Stadium. All I can saw was it was awesome. Our seats are on the fifth row behind the north goal. The new stadium is so much bigger and brighter than Rice Eccles. No more bleacher seats either. Every seat has a back. The game was against the New York Red Bulls. It wasn't the best game REAL ever played and it ended in a draw 1-1. If REAL can win on Saturday and Colorado loses we should clinch the third play off spot in the west. I have a feeling it is going to come down to the wire.
